When creating a post in a group or channel, enable action items to add up to 3 tasks that need to be completed.

Set Reminders

For each action item, you can optionally set a reminder with a specific date and time. Reminders are sent automatically to the group chat.

Track Completion

Group members can tick off action items as they complete them. See who has completed each task and track overall progress.

Reminder Notifications

When a reminder time arrives, an automatic message is sent to the group chat with the channel name, post text, and action item. Click it to view the full post.

How to Create a Post with Action Items & Reminders:

  1. Navigate to your group and select a channel
  2. Click "Create Post" to start a new post
