Create a Share Link

1. Open your profile or group.
2. Tap the Share icon.
3. Select "Create public link".
4. Choose a validity period.
5. Copy the link and share it.

Manage Public Links

• View all active links under Share → Manage links.
• Set or update the validity time for each link.
• Deactivate a link anytime to stop access immediately.
• Create a new link if you need a fresh one.

How to Create a Virtual Profile

1. Go to your profile settings.
2. Click "Create Virtual Profile".
3. Choose a name and purpose.
4. Customise with information and photos.
5. Set privacy and visibility settings.
6. Start connecting with the right audience.

• Schedule posts up to 24 hours in advance.
• Choose the exact publish time.
• Posts remain private until published.
• Edit or delete scheduled posts anytime before publishing.

1. Navigate to your group and select a channel.
2. Click "Create Post" and write your content.
3. Enable "Action Items" and add up to 3 tasks.
4. Optionally set a reminder date and time.
5. Publish your post and track completion.

How to Use AI Summaries

1. Open a private group chat and click the star icon next to the group name.
2. Switch between normal chat view and AI summary view.
3. Read summaries in chronological order, with the latest at the bottom.
4. Long-press any summary to rate it from 1–5 stars.
5. Long-press a summary and tap forward to share it.

Improve Your Bio

1. Open your profile and tap "Edit Profile".
2. Find the Bio field and type a few words about yourself.
3. Tap "Improve with AI".
4. The AI rewrites your text into a polished bio instantly.
5. Review and save.

Improve Your Post Description

1. Create or edit a post.
2. Under the Content field, tap "Improve with AI".
3. The text is improved in place automatically.

Language support: AI detects your intended language and returns output in the correct script (e.g., Sinhala or Tamil even if typed in English letters).

1. Open Profile → Settings.
2. Find "Chat Background".
3. Pick a theme image from the list or choose one from your gallery.
4. Your selection is saved and used in 1:1 and group chats.

1. Open a group chat.
2. Long-press the send button (bottom-right).
3. A dialog appears listing all group members with checkboxes.
4. Uncheck any members you don't want to message.
5. Type your message and tap send.
6. A progress indicator shows delivery status.

Setting Up Your Lock Password

1. Go to Profile → Settings → Privacy & Security.
2. Tap "Chat lock password".
3. Enter and confirm a password (minimum 4 characters).

Sending a Locked Message

1. Open any chat (1:1 or group).
2. Tap the attachment icon (+) to open the menu.
3. Tap the Lock toggle icon to enable lock mode.
4. Type your message or attach media and send as usual.

Lock or Unlock Any Existing Message

1. Long-press on any message in the chat.
2. Lock for me — Locks only on your device.
3. Lock for everyone (sender only) — Locks for all participants.

Permanently Unlock a Locked Message

1. Long-press on a locked message.
2. Unlock for me — Removes lock from your view.
3. Unlock for everyone (sender only) — Removes lock for all.
4. Enter your lock password to confirm.

Viewing Locked Messages

1. Tap the locked bubble to enter your password.
2. Content is revealed temporarily with a small red lock icon.
3. Messages automatically re-lock when you leave the chat.

Security Features

• 3 wrong attempts triggers a 30-minute lockout.
• Chat preview shows "🔒 Locked message" instead of content.
• Forgot your password? Reset via email OTP in Settings.

How to Share a Document

1. Open any chat (1:1 or group).
2. Tap the attachment icon (+).
3. Tap the Document icon.
4. Select a file from your device.
5. The document is uploaded and sent as a message.

Viewing & Downloading

• Documents appear as styled cards with file type icons and colour coding.
• Tap to open or download in an external application.
• Documents can also be sent in lock mode.

How to Send HD Photos

1. Open any chat (1:1 or group).
2. Tap the Gallery icon from the attachment menu.
3. Toggle the HD option on in the image picker.
4. Select your photos and send.

HD Photo Features

• HD photos display a small HD badge on the message bubble.
• Stream-based uploading with automatic retries.
• Standard photos are compressed to save bandwidth.
• Available in both 1:1 and group chats.

• Advanced content filtering and moderation.
• Granular privacy settings for profiles and posts.
• Report inappropriate content or behaviour.
• Your data is encrypted and stored securely.

Hide Posts and Hidden Users

1. On a post, tap the 3-dot menu.
2. Select "Hide this post" or "Hide all posts from <user name>".
3. Hidden content disappears from your home feed immediately.

To unhide a user later, go to Profile → Settings → Privacy & Security, then open Hidden users and tap Unhide.

Get More AI Usage with Points

• Open your Profile screen.
• Tap "Points and redeem".
• Spend points to add extra AI usage.
• Point cost per AI use is set by app settings.

• Clear browser cache and cookies.
• Try incognito/private browsing.
• Verify you are using the correct Google account.
• Check if two-factor authentication is enabled.
• Try a different browser or device.

• Close other apps running in the background.
• Restart your mobile browser.
• Check your internet connection.
• Update your browser to the latest version.
